0.11 Release Notes


Well it's been a long time coming, but here it is, Orkward 0.11! With a big new feature:  The Guide!

I'm really excited about the guide. Trophies have been upgraded to Stories and are now much more central to the game. As you make progress, story icons will appear alongside the text, giving you feedback about which stories you're progressing.  They also serve as a helpful reminder of what different options do when you replay a section.

I really hope this makes some of the inner workings of Orkward a bit more understandable without taking away the mystery and sense of discovery. It should  make the game much more accessible and entertaining. LET'S BLOODY HOPE SO.

There are known issues in this release - a few story bits which don't quite work, a few inconsistencies, and I'll probably make some changes to the guide stuff as well. Finishing the story to my satisfaction will be the focus of the next release. I have almost zero dev time at the moment but hopefully I can scrape something together in the next few weeks.
